THE JOKE FILES FROM BOB GALLICO
A word from Bob Gallico...
These jokes were not originated by me - they were collected from many sources. They were broadcast on Declan Meehan's and my afternoon program on Century Radio in 1989-90. The criterion for usage is that they were 2 or 3-liners which could be voiced by different characters and were short and snappy with a good punchline. All the voices are mine. I think they are funnier to hear than to read - on a page they come at you all at once in plain sight - there's
no surprise, which is one of the elements of a good joke. Here endeth my mini-take on humour.
